Description
Hayley has been Latin dancing for 7 years and has always been interested in the music, culture and social dancing. Travelling to the Dominican Republic to study the history and culture, has sparked her love of traditional Dominican dance styles of Bachata and Merengue. She spent 2022, living in the Dominican Republic, immersed in the culture and loves to teach and share this with other dancers in Australia.
Hayley is also a primary school teacher and incorporates her extensive knowledge of curriculum planning, class structure and learning styles in her classes. Her classes are exciting and energetic, and she encourages all students to have fun and enjoy social dancing.

This workshop will cover essential Bachata basics, dancing solo and with partners, how to incorporate musicality in your dancing and history and culture of Bachata.
